• Guidance around SEN processes and EHCP plans

• Understanding professional reports and documentation
• Practical strategies and next steps
A Calm and Practical Approach
Autism Compass takes a calm, practical and compassionate approach when supporting families.
Every family situation is different. The aim is to listen carefully, understand the challenges parents may be facing, and help them move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Support is designed to help parents feel less alone while navigating complex systems and everyday challenges.
How Support is Delivered
Support is delivered through structured sessions where parents can talk through their situation, ask questions, and explore practical next steps.
Where appropriate, Autism Compass may also provide a Family Progress Summary, which can help parents reflect on progress and may support discussions with professionals where appropriate and with parental consent.
Sessions are delivered remotely across the UK, primarily by telephone.
